Drive your forklift easily whatever the nature of the terrain.
The design which incorporates large front wheels combined with the hydrostatic
transmission gives MSI Evolution models excellent flexibility of use.
With a capacity of 2 to 5 tonnes, the MSI is particularly manoeuvrable and flexible
to use. Its stability and versatility makes it equally at ease in warehouses and
storage areas.

The power of the engine coupled with the hydrostatic

V E R S A T I L I T Y //
The MSI models can be easily adapted.
If you need to, you can use a tilting carriage
(optional equipment - see p.13) or a skip.
IN-LINE
L E V E R S //
Located near the driving seat, they combine
the raise/lower and mast tilt angle (10°/12°)*
functions. The new MSI has an automatic mast
raising acceleration system which operates
independently of the transmission operation.
*Only for duplex and triplex masts (lift < 5 m).

Manoeuvre easily in confined spaces.
The steering axle with built-in cylinder
provides a very tight turning circle.
This advantage, taken with the
compactness of the truck, makes you
ultra-mobile.

The one-piece chassis manufactured by MANITOU
along with the key components have been
designed to give exceptional longevity.
The masts have been designed and fabricated
by Manitou. They have been specifically
manufactured to withstand the rigours of the most
arduous applications.

Benefit from an impressive interior space and a large glazed

area. You can work with the door open (folded back to the side
to avoid discomfort) or closed.
The right-hand side window can be opened fully or only slightly.

Get in and out of the cab without any problem. MANITOU has designed
forklift trucks which are accessible from
either side without a running board. Only for the 2 to 3.5 T versions.
E R G O N O M I C S //
Gain working comfort with the MSI series.
The driving position insulates
the driver from vibrations (excellent
shock-absorbers). The closed cab
version (option) is fitted with an adjustable
suspended seat, an adjustable steering
column (MSI 40 T / 50 T) and
fan-assisted heating.
Keep control of your loads while
driving, even over uneven ground.
The single joystick (MSI 40 T / 50 T)
which is intuitive to use, enables all controls
to be concentrated into one area: raise,
lower, mast tilt and reversing shift.
V I S I B I L I T Y //
The MSI forklifts provide optimum
visibility of the forks and all round the
truck. The roof window offers the operator
full visibility for improved field of vision
when placing loads at height.
A safety priority.
H I G H P R E C I S I O N //
Handle your loads as accurately as you would by hand.
The hydrostatic transmission provides pinpoint accuracy
in total safety. It also gives a very flexible drive, even over
uneven ground. It also provides double dynamic braking.

The stability of the MSI forklifts, optimised by the track width to wheelbase
ratio, allows you to handle long loads or several pallets at a time in total
safety, which is reinforced by the mast tilt angle (10-12°) combined with the
very low load centre of the truck.

Unique solution available for the MSI 2 to 3.5 T fitted with a full visibility duplex
mast (DVT), the tilting carriage allows the quick fitting of accessories without the
need to alight from the cab (hydraulic locking option).
This provides optimum working conditions and conditions of cleanliness
for the forklift truck operator.
Also available in a skip version.
