PRE-BID CONFERENCE

Project Title: Provision of Tools and Equipment for Technical Vocational Livelihood Program of TVL-SHS

The meeting was called to order by BAC Chairperson Warlie U. Almocera at 3:00 P.M. in
Administration Office. It was opened by the roll call of attendance. All Participants were welcomed to
the pre-bid for Provision of Tools and Equipment for Technical Vocational Livelihood Program of TVL-
SHS which was posted and published in Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System. The
secretariat announces the three (3) prospective bidders who signified their intent to bid, they were;
Phil India Educational Product Corporation, D’ Michael Co., and Hadia Trading.

The chair mentioned that the purposed of the meeting was to discuss the SPECS of each of the
tools and equipment needed for TVL-SHS and to give opportunity to the prospective bidders to seek
clarification, should they have them, regarding the whole tender process including the bidding
documents.

A brief presentation was done on the key aspects of the bidding documents and the bidding
process;

5. Supply Requirements

It was also mentioned that prospective bidders who did not attend the pre-bid conference were
also free to submit their bids granted that they will purchased the bidding documents.

In closing the participants were reminded that the closing date for the submission of bids is March
22, 2019 at 2:59 P.M. as indicated in the bidding documents. The opening would be on the same day at 3:00
o’clock in the afternoon at Administration Office.

The meeting ended at 5:30 in the afternoon.
