Submit your application form together with your complete set of requirements to the Business
One Stop Shop concierge at Ground Floor, Civic Center Bldg A (3 copies)
If your application is approved, get your Tax Bill, pay at the Cashier and receive your
Official Receipt, Business Permit and Business Plate
Your tax bill will already include the following, as part of your one-time assessment
and payment: Business permit fees and changes, all relevant local taxes and fees,
Fire Code fees for BFP, Community Tax for business
After registration, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) will schedule your business for
inspection, for purposes of the Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC)
FOR DISAPPROVED APPLICATIONS:
Your documents will be returned to you by the concierge together with the disapproval
notice/evaluation
Applicants can write appeals and requests for reconsideration for the disapproved
locational clearance applications. This must be addressed to the Zoning Official:
