Basic machine

The CB 3 is a robust and reliable gantry car wash for all common passenger cars. The low-wear drives,
bearings and guides ensure high lifetimes, maintenance works are reduced to a minimum. All steel
parts are hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated. Doors, coverings and guide rails, all components that
get in contact with water and cleaning agents are made of high-quality plastics or stainless steel.

> guiding rails in stainless steel, maintenance free bearings, belt drive
> roof and side brush drive mechanism, without brush shafts (shafts, segments)
> roof dryer contour guided (2x 3 kW, incl. safety device)
> two frequency converters (movement portal and combined movement of roof brush and dryer) for
gentle washing process
> anti-tilt device of gantry
> standard wash programs adjustable according to chosen accessories incl. pick-up option or drying
program
> wash programs foam, shampoo, CTH
> side brush overlapping (centre crossing)
> on board display for error control, wash program counters, wash selections and modifications
> signals for "ready to wash", "alarm" and "wash in use"

The basic machine is not operable due to maximal variation possibility and need to be completed by
the below mentioned accessories.
