of camp will be operated.
Christian Campers especially those from First Baptist Church should set an example in every aspect of
conduct for visiting campers !
2. The schedule is to be followed by all campers. All campers(Under 18) will be in their cabins at devotion time
and are not to leave their cabins except for bathroom use during the night. Attendance at all services is required
of all who are staying on the grounds! Registered Campers of camping age must sit with the other campers during
services and not in the kitchen area or in the back with adults.
3. No Vulgar Language. All tobacco & alcohol products are Prohibited on the grounds ! There is no smoking on the grounds,
in the woods, or in a vehicle including RV's. No televisions or radios are to be brought to camp by campers. Cell phones
must be reported to counsellors. Cell phones may not be used to call other campers or boys and girls off camp grounds. Any
youth using their cell phone to call persons other than their parents or an approved person will forfeit their phone or be
asked to leave.
4. There is to be no unnecessary body contact between boys & girls such as kissing & hugging or holding hands.
If necessary boys and girls may be separated during worship time.
5. No Belly-Shirts, Tank-Tops, Revealing-Sun-Dresses or Short-Shorts! All clothing must come past the knees

welcome to come to camp but activities and competitions are for registered campers and in some cases their
counsellors.

—VISITORS / DAY-CAMPERS—
1. We do not have a classification for Day-Camper. All unregistered day-time-visitors are guests. Any guests
under age 18 years must be accompanied by a guardian or parent while on the grounds during camp.
2. It is our desire that all young people of camping age be registered as full-week overnight campers if they desire
to take part in youth camp. This is best for our overall program and for the smooth uninterrupted operation of the
camp week.
3. Parents of campers may visit camp during the week at any time. Please do not unnecessarily remove the
children from activities and services if possible. You must inform both the Campers Counselor and the Camp
Director when you are removing your child from the camp grounds during the week.
4. Children too young to come to camp on their own are the direct responsibility of the adult guests who bring
them to the campgrounds with them during the day. Unregistered youth may not be dropped off on the
campgrounds without a guardian at any time.
5. If you come to visit during supper, please stay for evening services !
6. Teens of camping age, who choose on their own not to come to camp and stay, should be aware that their visitation with
registered campers on the grounds during the week will be controlled and limited. All yard activities and competitions are
for registered campers and staff only. Teens cannot come to simply `hang-out' and then leave before services each evening.
If you are under 19 and plan to come and visit during the day, you must report to Pastor Joe Hamilton or Director Elijah
Hamilton when you arrive at camp. Also see rule #1. Any minors who do not register to stay at camp will not be asked to
help with camp staff in any capacity.
7. Adults who are not registered as on-staff are considered guests as well. Please be on your best christian
behavior while visiting the grounds.
8. Special arrangements for working(job) teens or for those with school committments(sports) can be made with
Pastor Hamilton.
9. Activities and competitions are for registered full-time campers only.

YOUTH CAMP 2019 !!! Campers May Be sent Home

Seldom does it become necessary, but campers have had to be sent home from camp, during the week, in the past.
We must always do what is best for the safety and interest of the entire body of campers staying at the camp.
Campers must respect the authority of the adults who have volunteered to help us conduct camp.
The rules must be followed and participation is required.
Bullying and name calling will not be permitted.
We are not equipped to deal with children with mental illness or certain special needs such as severe
behavior disorders or physical disabilities.
We may use discretion in refusing to register campers who may be disruptive to the week of camp or a
danger to themselves or other campers.
Violence is not tolerated and threats of violence are taken seriously. Youths who threaten harm to
themselves or others will be sent home.
