TEACHER STUDENT’S
Good morning class! Good morning ma’am

Yesterday, I told you to bring a mirror Yes ma’am

right?
Yes ma’am
So, did you bring your mirror now?

Alright! Imagine yourself looking into your Our Self ma’am

mirror.
What do you see?

Definitely! I think ma’am its actual self because we

only see our self physically.
Did you see your actual self or ideal self“?
Yes that’s right! Because when we say
actual self, however, is the one that you
actually see. It is the self that has
characteristics that you were nurtured or
in some cases, born to have.
Actual self is who we actually are. It is how Ma’am, ideal self is just like the one you
we think, how we feel, look and act. it can become.
be seen by others. So, actual self is our self-
image.

And what is ideal self? Do you have an

idea?

Very good!

Ideal self is the self that you aspire to be.

On the other hand, it is how we want to be. Yes ma’am
It is an idealized image that we have
developed over time, based on what we
have learned and experienced.
So, ideal self is our social image.

Did you understand class?
