IVY ANN P. BRODIT, single, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at
Poblacion, Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as FIRST
PARTY;
In favor of:
IDELLE MARIE B. AHRAR, married, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal
address at Poblacion, Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as
SECOND PARTY;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the absolute owner of a parcel of land Lot No. 2441-
A, consisting an area of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE (1,139) SQUARE
METERS, more or less, with all the improvements standing thereon, being a portion of Lot No.
2441, Pls-847 covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. F-T-3937 located at Poblacion,
Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, by virtue of a Deed of Donation otherwise known as Doc. No.
___; Page No. ___; Book No. ___; Series of ____ of the notarial register of Notary Public Atty.
______________________ in _________________________;
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is the absolute owner of a parcel of land Lot No.
2441-B consisting an area of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT (1,138)
SQUARE METERS, more or less, with all the improvements standing thereon, being a portion
of Lot No. 2441, Pls-847 covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. F-T-3937 located at
Poblacion, Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, by virtue of a Deed of Donation otherwise known as
Doc. No. ___; Page No. ___; Book No. ___; Series of ____ of the notarial register of Notary
Public Atty. ______________________ in _________________________;
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY, have agreed to transfer and
convey by way of exchange the above described properties in favor of each other;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the FIRST
PARTY hereby CEDES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS BY WAY OF EXCHANGE, Lot No.
2441-A, consisting an area of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE (1,139)
SQUARE METERS, more or less, with all the improvements standing thereon, in favor of the
SECOND PARTY and in the same manner, the SECOND PARTY, CEDES, TRANSFERS, and
CONVEYS BY WAY OF EXCHANGE, Lot No. 2441-B consisting an area of ONE
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT (1,138) SQUARE METERS, more or less,
with all the improvements standing thereon, in favor of the FIRST PARTY;
That the parties have entered this DEED OF EXCHANGE freely, voluntarily and by their
own free will and that they fully understand all the legal consequences of this particular deed and
making all the previous and old documents null and void;
That it is hereby agreed and declared that each party hereto has good right, full power,
absolute authority and indefeasible title to give, grant, transfer and convey the property
exchanged by this deed and that each party shall at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly
hold, possess and enjoy the same without any claim, demand or interruption by the other.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES hereunto affix their signatures this
