Scott Rogers provides adaptive leadership since he goes through a challenging time trying to

The school board created an environment where students would slowly adapt to a new name,
which they would later come to accept.

The low status group is one that could not affiliate with the name redskins. As a result, by
changing the name, they were able to have a voice in the community and the school team.

Yes, this will help Lucas explain the issues that are preventing him from keeping his promises and
looks at whether he is serious with the team.

the expectations seemed to be the outcome of a more complicated issue rather than ignorance.
