Install the program to Monitor and PLC

1. Pre-action
1) Notebook computer with Windows ver. XP or 7 (Windows 8 is not available)
2) Data cable
a) USB 2.0 Cable A(M)-B(M)

-. For connecting monitor & computer, this USB cable is same with Printer’s connect cable
 b) USB to 8 pins cable

-.

For connecting PLC & computer

è When you install new monitor, you have to move the switch from STOP to RUN as above photo.
3) Install USB to 8 pins driver
We attached this driver program(USB to 9 Pins driver.exe).
For install this program to your computer, please double-click “USB to 9 Pins driver.exe”

4) Install Editor programs for Monitor & PLC

For install to your computer,
a) please double-click “Editor program for Monitor DOPSoft-V1.01.10” &
“Editor program for PLC WPLSoft-V2.38”
b) set the language for above 2 programs, please go to
设置 Options----> 语系设置 Language setup-----> English

5) Please make sure the serial No. & model name of sterilizer which you want to install/re-install program.

6) Please save CASP Program for English/Spanish/Turkey/Russia to your computer

2. Install Program

2-1. Back up the sterilization data(cycles data) to USB

Please back up the sterilization data(cycles data) to USB as follows;
1) Please insert USB to Sterilizer
2) Please press “Search” --> “Data Copy” --> Remove USB
3) The sterilization data might be saved to your USB with file name : recipe.csv

2-2. Install Sterilization data to your computer

1) Please insert USB to your computer
2) Open the program of Monitor(**.dpb) by double click
-. Please open the suitable program according to the Serial No. of Sterilizer which you install
-. The concerned program is at CASP Program of English/Spanish/Turkey/Russia
-. If the sterilizer is double door system, please choose Front monitor.dpb

3) go to “Options” à “Recipe”
 4) Click “Open” of A window and go to B window and choose recipe.csv of USB and click “Open” of B window
and click OK of A window

2-3. Install the program into PLC

1) Delete the old program (If the PLC is new one, it is no need to do this step)
1-1) Connect the PLC to Computer
 1-2) Open the editor Program of PLC(WPLSoft 2.38)

1-3) Go to Communication à Format PLC Memory

1-4) Choose “Reset PLC Memory(Factory Setting) à OK

1-5) Click “是（YES)”

 1-6) Click “OK”. After click “OK’, Power off and Re-Power On after 5 sec.

2) Re-install PLC Program

2-1) Double-click PLC Program(**.dvp)
-. Please open the suitable program according to the Serial No. of Sterilizer which you install
-. The concerned program is at CASP Program of English/Spanish/Turkey/Russia
2-2) Go to Communication à System Security à PLC Password Setting

2-3) Enter Password “2009” and check “Enable Limited Times as 5 & click OK
2-4) Enter Password “2009” and Click OK

2-5) Close this window

 2-6) Click this button(Write to PLC)

2-7) Click OK
 Then, might be installed as belows;

2-4. Install the program into Monitor

◆ If the sterilizer is double door system, please do Front & Back monitor as same as belows;

1) Delete Old Program(If the monitor is new one, it is no need to do this step)
--> Back monitor don’t need this step
1-1) On the monitor of Sterilizer, go to manual mode and press “Setting” and enter password
1-2) Press “System Menu”

1-3) Enter Password again

1-4) Press “System Setting”

1-5) Press “File Manager” à Formatting(Press twice)

1-6) Press “Sure” twice

1-7) Insert the password & press “Enter”.

 Then, might be formatted as belows;

2) Re-install Monitor Program

2-1) Double Click Monitor Program(**.DPB)
 2-2) Go to “Options” à “Configuration”

2-3) Choose the model of Monitor (We have 4 Models of monitor such as DOP-B05S100,
DOP-B05S111,DOP-B07S515,DOP-B07E515)
2-4) Click “Compile” button
 Then, the Program might be installed as belows;

After the install of program was finished, Power off. After 5 sec., please Power On for setting
3. Setting

◆ Back Monitor don’t need to do this step.

1) Press “Setting” for 5 sec. to enter the manual mode

2) Enter Password
3) Press “Setting” and enter Password
4) Go to Setting (1) and push the part(A) of Equipment Label & type the Serial No. of Sterilizer

5) press “TYPE” and choose the Model Name
 6) If you want to use the sterilizer from the old sterilization data, you don’t need to do this step.
But, if you want to use the sterilizer from new(1 cycle), please set the cycle No. as belows;
Please push cell of Run Times & type the required cycle No. as 1 or 2 or 3,,,

After you do to here, Power Off. After 5 sec., Please Power ON.
