    9 – POLITENESS

    CLASSROOM CHECKLIST
    MON TUE WED THU FRI
    Classroom is left clean after each class period. No paper, books,
    or any items should be on the floor. (Needed books and notebooks
    should be in your own box)

    Chairs are left in an organized manner.

    Teacher’s chair is left clean and organize.

    No books, paper, or any items are left on the window ledges.

    Writings on the board are erased at the end of each class period.

    Cubby holes are organized and neat.

    Windows and doors are closed and locked.

    Water dispenser is unplugged.

    Lights and fans are turned off. (when leaving the room)

    Plastic cups are washed. (during recess, lunch and dismissal)

    Floor is swept and mopped.

    Attendance sheet has complete signatures of the subject teachers.
