PAYMENT TERMS:

GST:
Quoted prices are exclusive of GST. The 17% GST will be charged for registered firm 20% GST will be

Tax Deduction exemption:

The quoted products/items are imported and exempted from withholding Tax u/s 153 of the income tax
ordinance 2001 vide SRO.97(1)2002 and circular No.85 of 2002 dated: 11.04.2002. Further, we are
commercial importers and withholding of sales tax is not applicable on commercial importers vide
clause (xi) of sales tax special procedures (withholding) Rule 2007 as amended vide SRO
897(1)/2013 Dated 04-10-2014.
