Password: greenLight

Get Data, Click Menu > Double Click Sametime Community Capacity report > change
and set date > save & close > generate charts > don't use graph, select data
table instead > show entire date to capture whole month > export as csv
Open exported data > save as xlsx > check previous month report, get the formula
from there and add another column
Add No. of Sametime ... Column copy formula..
Insert > Pivot Table (NOT PIVOT CHART)> Sort by Field section and areas > More
tables
