A SITE PREPARATION

Final Grading - Landscape Contractor to provide labour, transport, machinery and L/S
everything necessary to level, grade and shape suitable soil material to form the
desired final grade levels as instructed by S.O. Landscape Contractor to ensure
proper earth grading & fall to allow water runoff to discharge points and avoid
water ponding at all areas. Works to include fine shaping, touch up, cutting, back
filling, trimming etc and all necessary operations to achieve final finish levels.
(±100 mm of existing grade levels).
(Approximate Area : 1331 m2)

B SOFTSCAPE WORKS

To supply, deliver and plant the following plant materials including excavation of
planting pits, carting off excess & dispose off site, handling, setting and planting
with a minimum of 50mm thk. coco fiber mulching and watering to ensure survival
as directed by the S.O. All plants supplied shall be well established in polybag
containers, healthy and proportionate with no top cutting & freshly root trenched
trees.

1.0 SOIL MIX

1.1 To supply and lay soil mixture comprising of 3 part top soil, 2 part river sand, 1 parts
organic matter/manure and 1 kg of C.I.R.P per cubic meter or other mix approved
by S.O including loading and unloading, mixing on site, filling into excavated
planting holes, lightly ramming and all other works in connection. Media is to be
well mixed before the planting works are carried out. The organic matter is to be
clean,
clean, well-decomposed, free from smell, debris, refuse or visible fungus. The
topsoil is to be sourced from "Contractors Site" and to be approved by S.O.
