Before founding the TinAn Legal Ltd. Mr. Quoc Nguyen is an in-house lawyer expert in
the fields of real estate, retail and dispute resolution. By 09-years period as an acting
lawyer at law firms and over 08-years job at Bitexco Group and Binh Thien An Joint Stock
Company (Kusto Home), the entities doing business in real estate, Mr. Quoc Nguyen has a
huge knowledge and skills in real estate project development procedures and especially on
negotiation/dispute resolution.

Mr. Quoc Nguyen’s used to managing many kinds of legal documents, letters, contracts in
relating to the entity operations and business; supporting, advising Board of Director on
legal and financial matters. In addition, he also take care of the claims, disputes, crisis and

Prior to co-founding TIN AN Legal, Mr.Cuong was Business Manager and Head of the
Branch of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB).

Mr.Cuong also previously worked as in-house counsel for Van Tien Phat Company,
Vietcorp Company and has cooporated with some law firms, where he advised in
numerous domestic commercial, customs, financial and labour issues. He has extensive
experienced and solid – knowledged legal in dispute resolusions.

Mr. Cuong is also the arbitrator at the Vietnam Trader Arbitration Centre (VTA) and a
regular guest of some reputative press agencies of Vietnam.
