MOTION FOR EXECUTION

Complainant by counsel, respectfully states:

1. On May 29, 2019, a Decision was promulgated by

Hon. Labor Arbiter Romelita N. Rioflorido in the above-entitled
case, the dispositive portion of which reads:

“WHEREFORE, premises considered, a Decision is

hereby rendered declaring complainant to have been
illegally dismissed. Respondent Philippines AirAsia, Inc. is
ordered to pay complainant his salary differential,
separation pay and backwages, provisionally computed
at:

Separation Pay P132,000.00

Backwages 220,000.00
Salary Differential 3, 399.00
Total P355, 399.98

 The bakwages and separation pay are subject to
adjustment and recomputation upon finality of this
Decision.
Attorney’s fees in the amount of ten (10%) percent
of the total awarded is also granted.

Other claims are denied.

SO ORDERED.”

2. On June 26, 2019, the aforesaid Decision has

become final and executor.

3. Complainant respectfully manifests the following

computation of the award:

Amount of the Award P355,399.98

Attorney’s Fee of 10% 35,539.998
Total Amount P390,939.98

4. The respondents have not complied with the

judgment.

RELIEF
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully
prayed that a writ of execution be issued to implement the
judgment of the Honorable Labor Arbiter Romelita N. Rioflorido.

Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for

under the premises.
