Greetings! I am Charlie A. Balbuena applying as an Electrical Engineer. I am presently

working at City Engineers Office assigned at Material Testing and Quality Control Division as a
Technical Assistant under Job order since September 2016. I graduated at MATS college of
Technology, Davao City, last March 2015. I passed the licensure exam for Electrical
Engineering last February, 2016 and also passed Master Electrician last September. After I
passed the licensure exam I was hired as a college instructor at MATS College of Technology
but I only teach for one semester because I was hired at City Engineers Office, Davao City.

In my college days, I had been working as an electrician and have undergone on-the-job
trainee in Magdamo Builders Inc. as an electrician in Davao City. In this role, I had experienced
building wiring, service equipment layout and installation, protective device layout and
installation. All of these tasks require attention to detail under the pressure of tight deadlines. I
also passed the NC-II Electrical Installation and Maintenance last April 2012 which enhances
my skills and knowledge regarding of the standard and proper installation of electrical devices
and proper maintenance of electrical equipments.

I am diligent, flexible and a resolute person. I am able to work under pressure and
responsible enough to deal with any kind of peculiar situation if any arises. I display patience
and sound mentality in dealing with circumstances. Though fresh and having no major
experience/s, I am more than willing to learn new things especially the things that will develop
and expand my repertoire and expertise. I am friendly, flexible and adaptable any workplace
environment where my assignment necessitates takes place.
