Responsibilities
Carry out instructions from head of company as per business requirements from time to
time
Provide full administrative and secretarial support.
Prepare, arrange and organize meetings/appointments for Managing Director
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to
take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the company head is well prepared for
meetings.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company
policies
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Skills
