SESSION 1
At the end of the session, learners are expected to:
1. Sustain communication with a peer for a given period of time.
2. Acquire unique and interesting information about their classmates
collaboratively.

Introducing A New Peer in Class
Campbell Biology, Ninth Edition
The teacher introduces himself and the subject (what to expect, activities to do
and classroom rules and regulations) to class.
1. The teacher will show a word that is related in one organ system.
2. The students will identify in what organ system the word belongs.
The students will write a word that will describe them as unique individual in one
bond paper.
1. The teacher will randomly choose a word that will describe them as unique
individual.
2. The students will introduce their selves and explain the word that can describe
them as unique individual.
SESSION 2
At the end of the session, learners are expected to:
1. Enumerate the topics that will discuss in whole semester
2. Appreciate the importance of each topic to develop them holistically.
Organismal Biology
Campbell Biology, Ninth Edition
1. The teacher will ask the students about what they want to know about
biology. They will tell something how biology became part of their life.
1. The teacher will show pictures that are related to General Biology 2.
2. The students will tell their prior knowledge about the picture that shown to
them.
1. The teacher will give a preview to all topic that will be discuss in the
following session.
