SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Confirming “Name of the company”, (hereinafter the “Company”), a corporation duly

organized and existing under the laws of ____________ with postal address at business
address of the company in __________ do hereby appoint, name and constitute
MALAYAN TOWAGE & SALVAGE CORPORATION, represented in this act
by, CAPT. EDGARDO M. GUALBERTO, President, with postal address at Ground Flr,
Erechem Bldg., Salcedo corner V.A. Rufino Sts., Legaspi Village, Makati City, Philippines,
as its true and legal representative to act for and stead and to perform the following acts
for the Company’s applicants as follows:

1. To represent the Company, as requested, before the Philippine Overseas Employment

Administration (POEA) and Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in the Philippines;

2. To enter into any and all contracts at the direction of the Company with any person,
corporation, institution in the recruitment, hiring and placement of Filipino contract
workers for overseas employment.

3. To sign, authenticate and deliver all documents necessary to complete any transaction
related to such recruitment and hiring, including making the necessary steps to facilitate
the deployment of the recruited workers at the direction of the Company;

4. To bring suit, defend and enter into compromises in the Company’s name and stead and
at the Company’s direction in litigations brought for or against the Company in all
matters involving the employment of Filipino contract workers;

5. To assume jointly and solidarity with the undersigned Company any liability that may
arise in connection with the workers recruitment and /or implementation of the
Employment Contract that are exclusively within the scope of the Power of Attorney or
instructions of the Company.

 HEREBY GRANTING unto our representative full power and authority to execute or
perform whatsoever requisite or proper to be done in about the premises as fully to all intents
and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with power of substitution
and revocation and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our legal representative or his
substitute shall lawfully do or done and by virtue of these present.
