The site is located in a prime locality and a well developed residential area of
Perungudi. The site for EKANTHA is behind Life Line Hospitals on Ramappa
Nagar and is very close to the facility of Cognizant Technologies Ltd. The Ground
Floor will have sufficient parking for both two wheelers and four wheelers with an
entrance lobby and reception leading upto the lift and the staircase.

EKANTHA will have only 11 Apartments – 3 on each floor in the I, II & III floors and
there will be two Premium Apartments on the fourth floor with a separate private
