 Apperception : The teacher remaind the definition of sequence
 Motivation : The teacher explain that the important topic related to the real life
problem
2. Main Acivity
a. Exploration
 Teacher divides the students into groups of 4 - 5 persons, if its not
possible he makes a couple/pair in one seat.

 Each group or with their classmates discuss to identify ascending

and descending arithmetic and geometric series

b. Elaboration
 By question answer method the students mention that ascending
and descending arithmetic and geometric series

 The teacher and students discuss how to calculate the sum of

the first n terms of a arithmetic series

c. Confirmation
 In group ,the students do exercise about the sum of the first n
terms of a arithmetic series.
  Asking Some of group present their result of the discussion and
other groups give responses.(the teacher leads the discussion and
formulated the right answers)

3. Closing
 Student are directred to make a summary
 The teacher gives homework to the students
