Insights:

The seminar about Rubric for classroom observation and annotation writing was conducted by sir Fernando A. Dones Jr. The
atmosphere was light and fun. Sir Dones gave us a concrete explanation on the content and objectives of the RPMS. He
clearly classify the MOV of every objectives. The stages of the annotations were explained well, too. Before we only
thought that annotations were given only if there were parts that the observer did not understand well. The seminar end
with clearer understanding on what to be rate, documented and annotate.
