PARTIES

This Memorandum of understanding is entered into between NAME OF

COMPANY/SCHOOL represented by its representative, heretofore referred to as the
chosen beneficiary and AMA Computer College, representative through its School
Director/Dean/Adviser and heretofore referred to as the School.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this MOU is to establish an agreement between the chosen

company/institution and the School concerning the design, implementation, and
evaluation and monitoring of the System Analysis and Design course of the School.

This MOU covers all student assigned to undergo a structured program for the
development of the competencies established by the parties.

The agreement seeks to coordinate, facilitate and expedite the implementation of the
said Project for the exclusive benefit of the parties and the student concerned.

DURATION

This Agreement shall commence on ____________________ and shall terminate on

_________________ unless otherwise terminated of all parties.
 CONDITIONS

In attaining the purpose set forth in this Agreement:

The Company/Institution/School will:

 Align the project development activities with the current industry standards and
needs.
 Provide all resources necessary for the proper development of competencies
required.
 Established appropriate procedures, guidelines and policies for System Analysis
and Design project.
 Define the role of the beneficiary company/institution/school and appropriate
committee as the case may be.
 Define and establish internal processes by which System and Analysis Design
Project will be planned, delivered and evaluated.
 Inform appropriate personnel and department on the project being developed by
the students.
 Provide student access to information that will be relevant to the overall
achievement of the competence/skills required.
 Establish a mechanism for student evaluation.

The School will:

 Establish guidelines in the determination, assignment and monitoring of student

performance.
 Provide the necessary orientation on proper business processes, conducts and
ethics to student.
 Conduct periodic monitoring of the student performance.
 Provide information required by the company/institution pertinent to student
ranking and standing.

All parties to this agreement will:

 Conduct regular consultation meeting for the assessment and evaluation of the
program.
 Propose policies and guidelines for the improvement of the program.
 Exchange relevant information on the current industry standards.
