Dear People,

I do not know who just sent me this two year old video. It was apparently sent anonymously via my
website contact page, but I never received a copy of the email with the URL for the video; the email
forwarding the video popped up on my screen, and it was deleted from my PC. After a half hour
search, the email popped back up on my screen, and I was able to retrieve it. This video is similar to a

George (not his real name) called me yesterday afternoon. He did not ask me why I had posted his
voicemail message on the internet, and I did not ask him why he had waited a week to contact me
again. George had not done his homework, or he simply wanted me to repeat the terms of the
Global Currency Reset, so I sent him the documentation.

George again offered to send me the Euroclear account numbers, and he told me that there are
actually 100 million metric tonnes of gold in the Global Debt Facility. George's message was that
people would not be able to manage themselves, and his people wanted to help them do that.
George was maintaining the position that the Network of Global Corporate Control consists of
separate parts.

Although I believe the Network of Global Corporate Control is disintegrating, the breakdown is not
that coordinated. George wanted me to agree to a role for the "persons" whom he had a power of
attorney for. He did not say (it was implied) that I was supposed to do this before he would send
me the Euroclear account numbers or tell me where the assets in the Global Debt Facility were
located. I said I had no authority to negotiate on behalf of the Board of Governors. I said that I
would convey his message, but that I was not optimistic he would get a favorable response.

George said that Switzerland was not going to cooperate. I said that maybe Switzerland needed to
be carved up into an Austrian piece, a French piece, a German piece, and an Italian piece.
(remembering how Swiss Templar mercenaries committed genocide against the French, German,
and Italian population during the1600's) George said that it was not that easy to carve up
countries -- that Romania was an example. I really think George's function is to get me to self-
destruct by assuming authority which I do not have. I am not going there. It is not clear that there
will be global chaos. George is trying to extract my agreement to things I have no authority to
agree to using the threat of chaos.

Sean Hross and I have been exchanging emails. Sean Hross asked me to file a lawsuit against
Switzerland in the United States. (I translated Sean's complaint for the DCTV series

I saw my wife and kids in Italy for 2 weeks, and last week we passed by a remote country lane,

attack in Nice. During the afternoon though there were about 20 big police vans of the french CRS
Compagnie Républicaine de Securité, and the place was crawling with them, so I witnessed, that

there must have been a very large police exercise in Nice on the day of the attack. Unfortunately I
didn't film them; I was too tired and not having a place to upload, so I didn't bother filming just
another bunch of cops, which I really regret a lot.
