Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein

and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased
to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records
relating to the demand notice dated 15.05.2018 and consequential
show cause notice dated 07.06.2018 issued by the respondent and
quash the same as illegal so far as demand for GST and to direct the
respondents to permit the petitioner to collect GST from the end
user for remitting the same to the respondent.

Prayer in WMP(MD). 12553/ 2018 :

To grant an order of Ad Interim Stay of all other further
proceedings pursuant to that demand notice dated 15.05.2018 and
consequential show cause notice issued by the respondent pending
disposal of the above Writ petition.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the

 the arguments of Mr.R.GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner the court
made the following order:-

Notice of motion returnable in two (2) weeks. Private notice is

also permitted.

Post after two (2) weeks.
