1. Check for correctness of equipment nameplate data with OK
drawings and specifications.
2. Inspect, No Physical and Mechanical damages to assemble OK
or any devices.
3. Check for proper anchorage, grounding connection, OK
clearance around the cubicle assembly
4. Verify unit is clean and all shipping bracing, loose parts, and OK
documentation shipped inside cubicles have been removed.
5. Check bus bar bolted connection for proper torque values as OK
per manufacture recommendation
(if not available please refer NETA table 100.12* with
respective to type of fastener).
6. Perform low ohm resistance measurement (under electrical OK
test) with DLRO on bolted connection
7. Inspect terminal chamber of the motor for any damages, OK
tightness of bolts, barriers between the terminals etc
8. Check Phase marking are matched with approved drawings, OK
wherever applicable
9. Verify Filters are in place and vents are clear OK
10. Inspect enclosure for paint work OK
