interest on the said position. I am Jefferson P. Ballad, 30 years of age and
resident of Brgy. Calaocan, Santiago City, Isabela. I just finished gaining
my earning units at Northeastern College. I am a registered nurse who
wants to continue a career in education.

It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be

a compassionate, enthusi astic, organized teacher who will make a positive
contribution to your school. W ith my experience as a nurse and in studying
and gaining my earning units at Northeastern College, I was able to acquire
