Management Fee / Load
Investment Strategy Management Fee: Nil/Up to 1% per annum*
The Allocation Plan will be actively allocated between Shariah-
Front-end Load: 3% of NAV (taxes / duties applicable)
compliant Equity (Equity Component) and Shariah-compliant
Income/Money Market (Income/Money Market Component) based Early Exit Fee: 4% of NAV if withdrawn during First Year of the Plan, and 2% of NAV
Collective Investment Scheme. if withdrawn during Second Year of the Plan.
Initially, the Management Company may seek to invest in Al-Ameen *1% Management Fee applicable if plan invests in CIS not managed by
Islamic Dedicated Equity Fund (AIDEF) to take exposure to Equities, UBL Fund Managers Limited
while Al-Ameen Islamic Sovereign Fund (AISF) or Al-Ameen Islamic
Cash Fund (AICF) will be used to take exposure in Income/Money
Market Instruments. Other Information

Minimum holding in cash and near cash instruments shall be 5% of
