B. Terms and conditions

1. Age: 20 to 50 years old, experience of minimum 2 - 5 years
2. Contract period: 02 years (Renewable)
3. Working days: 05 days per week
4. Working hours: 08 hours per day
5. Overtime payment: According to the Poland Laws
6. Workmen compensation: According to the Poland Laws
7. Probation period: 03 (three) months
8. Food/Accommodation: provided by the Host Company
9. Transportation from hostel to work place: provided by the Host Company
10. Government tax: Will be paid by the Employer
11. Annual leave: According to the Poland Laws
12. Air ticket from Vietnam and returning at the time of completion of contract: Provided by
the Host Company.
13. Yearly Medical check: the cost shall be paid by the Host company
14. Insurance and security bond: Provided by the Host company
15. Working place: Poland
Confirmation of workers will be left to the sole discretion of the employer. All other terms
and conditions shall be in accordance to the Employment contract. Kindly arrange to recruit
the above-mentioned workers at the earliest.
