Rules for Admission for Selected / Waitlisted / Selected & Waitlisted students:
The candidate seeking admission / authorized representative viz. parents, guardian etc. (with
authorization letter signed by the candidate) MUST be present "in-person" on the said date and time and
MUST carry "Original Photo ID proof".

- The above mentioned reporting date and time cannot be rescheduled whatsoever.

- The "Reporting Hall" will be "Closed" after the Reporting time. Students / Authorized persons
who come later than the specified time will not be entertained.

- Students / Authorized representatives "NOT" showing up at the venue at the given date and time will
not be entertained later. The seat will be given to the next deserving candidate as per merit
order.

- Students, be it Selected / Waitlisted / Selected and Waitlisted, arriving late, may wait till the process for
the day is completed and ONLY if a vacant seat is available for the specific program and campus, the
same will be offered in order of Merit.

- Waitlisted students will be offered a seat as per Merit order, subject to vacancy being available in the
said program.

- If the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria then, the offer for admission shall be deemed
NULL & VOID.

- If the candidate is unable to remain present for admission process he/she can authorize someone with
authority letter duly signed by the candidate, along with the photo-identity proof of authorized person.

- At any point of time, if any of the information given by the candidate is found incorrect / fake the
admission to the courses shall be NULL & VOID and the fee paid for the same shall be forfeited.

- If the candidate is unable to provide relevant documents in original for verification at the time of
admission, admissions may be forfeited.

- Anyone bringing undue pressure on the Institute or its office bearer or misbehaving with any staff
member will be immediately reported to legal authorities and will be asked to leave the Institute
premises.

- Please note that in case all the admission formalities are not completed and the fees are not paid by the
stipulated time as per the schedule; the offer of admission will automatically stand cancelled and the seat
will be offered to the next deserving candidate.

- The Institute is not liable to reimburse or pay for any expenses undertaken by the candidate in the
course of the admission process.

- Selected candidates can pay their fees by DD in favour of "Welingkar Institute of Management
Development & Research, Payable at Mumbai".

- Waitlisted candidates are required to carry At Par Cheque/s.

The Institute conducts the selection and admission process directly on campus ONLY.

2. Valid CAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA/CET and GMAT Score Card (Internet Copy)
3. Class X Mark sheet and Certificate
4. Class XII Mark sheet and Certificate
5. Undergraduate (Bachelors)Mark sheet (All Semester) and Degree Passing Certificate issued by the
University
6. Post-graduate Mark sheet and Degree Passing Certificate (if any)
7. Proof of Awards (Certificates / Other relevant) related to Extra Curricular Activities mentioned in the
Online Application form

The written application of cancellation of admission is to be made in the name of the Group Director,
Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, and to be submitted in the Institute's
Administrative Office. Students should attach original receipt of Tuition Fees and Library Deposit along
with the application.

Students canceling their admissions are required to return the books provided to them in good condition
while applying for refund. In the event of books not being returned / not in good condition, the Institute
will deduct the market value of the books

Educational loan from banks:

If you are applying for education loan from Banks, you are advised to check the link on the website for
the letter to apply for the same.

The Institute does not have any role to play in getting loan sanctioned from Bank. Please note that
students wanting to avail of Bank Loan are required to meet the timeline for paying the first installment
of fees and the Library & Hostel deposit, as mentioned in the offer letter. Once the installment is
released by bank and is credited to Institutes account, the fees already paid by the student will be
reimbursed back to the student without any deductions.

Commencement Date:

Mumbai Campus Students your term will begin on 01 July 2019 with the Foundation Fortnight program.
It is mandatory to report to Mumbai campus on this date. And Bengaluru Campus Students tour term
will begin on 27 June 2019. You will receive further notifications on schedule and timings via email
once you have completed all formalities and paid your fees.

Dress Code for WeSchool:

At WeSchool, our students are dressed in corporate formals during the Foundation Fortnight program
and all important institutional events. Therefore, please be dressed in formals when your foundation
week begins.

For Men: Formal shirt and trousers, Tie and formal blazers and formal shoes.
For Ladies: Western Formals - Trousers and Shirts / Tops with collar and formal blazers and formal shoes
OR Indian Formals - Saree suited for corporate environment.

Students are required to abide by the rules and regulations laid down by the Regulators and the
Institute, from time to time.
