INTRODUCTION:
Today, reward strategy is an approach to reward based on principle in support of
any organizations objectives. It determines the company direction that needs to be
ongoing in order to be effective, where it can improve productivity, raise employee
retention and cause a rise in customer satisfaction. Thus, reward strategy can improve
the performance of employee.

In Panabo City, as per interview among selected water refilling station


particularly in Water Time, the operation of the business is experiencing similar
problem pertaining to a poor reward strategy due to a low implementation of
management that affects the workers performance and financial stability of every
workers of water refilling station. Thus, the researchers are motivated to conduct the
study to determine reward strategy among workers of water refilling station in Panabo
City.

METHOD:
This researcher use descriptive design. According to Mittal
(2010) descriptive research design is use to
describe many types of survey research that are undertaken
to understand perceptions, judgments, and
intentions.

The researcher used random sampling in

identifying the respondents. There will be 12

RESULT AND DISCUSSION:

 The over-all mean rating obtained by reward strategy among


workers of water refilling station in Panabo City is 3.20
 There is significant difference on reward strategy among workers of
water refilling station in Panabo City when analyzed by no. of years
in operation since P-value is 0.043 which is less than 0.05

RECOMMENDATION:

The owner of water refilling station shall strengthen their reward strategy by
practicing giving commission and by giving certificate annually as well as recognizing
the performance of employees in order for them to be committed to their assigned
task.
A further study on reward strategy should be conducted by adding variables
in order to establish relationship between the dependent and independent variables.
