Persons Involved: School Head, Health Leader, Teachers, Provincial Dental Team

Monitoring and Evaluation The dental mission headed by Dr. Tricia started at 8:00 am in the
morning. The Grade III – pupils received free dental cleaning,
dental filling and tooth extraction. The mission lasted until 2pm
in the afternoon. The pupils went home happy with a big smile.

Narrative Report on Free Dental Mission of Dr. Dizon

Healthy teeth are important to child's overall health. From the time the child is
born, there are things to remember to promote healthy teeth and prevent cavities. Sta.
Lucia Elementary School is very lucky because we are the chosen beneficiary of Dr.
Leonardo Dizon. Last November 16, 2018, the dental team of Dr. Leonardo arrived at Sta.
Lucia Elementary school. They offered free dental cleaning and dental filling to Grade
three pupils. Approximately there are 63 pupils who received free dental care. The team
also gave hygiene kit consisting of new tooth brush and tooth paste. They were also
given orientation on proper tooth brushing. The activity started at 8 am in the morning
and lasted until 2pm in the afternoon. It was indeed a blessing for the grade three pupils
and also to SLES community.
