The MS-OTN system adopts a unified cross-connect

architecture that faces fixed mobile convergence (FMC) and
software-defined networking (SDN) and achieves smooth
adjustments of cross-connect capacities for VC/ODU and
PKT services. This architecture maximizes bandwidth
utilization of universal line boards in an MS-OTN network up
to 100%.
