My Learning Episode Overview

This episode allows me to prepare all the forms and other things that I need to
accomplish before I leave my cooperating school. This will allow me to have a gracious
exit and to be able to submit all the requirements I need to submit to my cooperating
teacher.

My Targets (Learning Outcomes)


At the end of this activity, I will be able to:

 Confer with the cooperating teacher regarding the forms and other
requirements to be submitted.
 Prepare all the exit requirements properly.
 Submit all the forms/requirements needed before leaving my cooperating
school.

My Big Ideas (Learning Essentials)

It is but fitting and proper to leave the cooperating school by submitting all the
requirements / forms needed after the successful meaningful and rewarding practicum
experiences. These are some of the forms / documents you need to accomplish.

 Narrative Report
 Requirements assigned by the cooperating teacher
 Instructional materials required by the teacher
 Other requirements given by the Cooperating School

Every time that they have quizzes, tests and the like

we immediately record them and give them back to
the students. So that on their periodical exam they
will have reviewers and also for them to see and
monitor their performance.

Every time she asked me teach a lesson to the class

me to teach minutes before the time she asked me to

My Analysis

Why do I need to accomplish all the epuisodes/requirements?

 It will help me to be organized and systemic. And also it help me to be consistent


with my lessons and avoid disorganized lesson. Also when I prepare lesson plan I
make some research which helps me to learn new things ans startegies that I could
apply in the future.

 They show of what I learned like the lesson plans that require by my cooperating
teacher before I teach. Which also could serve as a basis for my performance.

 They could give additional informations like completing forms which my cooperating
teacher teach me how to accomplish them properly and accurately.

 They coukd serve as a guide for me as a student-tecaher to become more effective.

 They enhance my skills like writing skilss, observation , research and alike.
My Reflections / My Insights
A. How did I feel after rendering more than 340 in my cooperating school?
(No. of Hours)

I feel so honor and blessed, because of this practice teaching I learn a lot of things
that will help me to become a good teacher. I meet new people and have new friends
like my cooperating teacher and my students. I have this student who I become so close
she’s belong to the star section which is also my advisor section. One time she share a
story to me that she feels intimidated with her classmates that every time she speaks in
front she always feel that whatever comes out in her mouth is wrong. She came to the
point that she doesn’t study her lesson so that she will be removed in the section 1 but
that never happens. Now that they are in Grade 10, she did her best and didn’t mind
about her classmates. She is always in the top 5 although she is not consistent on the
specific rank. That time feel that “Oh, I’m not the only one who feels the same
way…Even their classmates sometimes feel the same way I did” and that starts our
friendship.
