SPECIMEN SUBMITTED:
1. Developed and lifted prints taken from the crime scene re-Alleged Stabbing
Incident with SOCO case number 1519 dated 15 March 2019 marked “JEFS 03-15-19”.

2. Fingerprint specimen taken from the weapon used to stab the victim, marked
“Q1”

PURPOSE OF LABORATORY EXAMINATION:

For determination of identity.

FINDINGS:

Conducted cross matching examination on specimen submitted mentioned


above was identical /impressed with the same finger.

CONCLUSIONS:

The questioned fingerprint does belong to the suspect.

REMARKS:

The original copy of this report together with the specimen submitted is retained
in this laboratory for future reference.

1. Request to conduct cross matching examination on the accompanying


specimen to determine whether the fingerprints describe below is owned by the
suspect or otherwise.
a. NATURE OF THE CASE: Alleged Stabbing Incident
b. VICTIM : Babylyn Garcia (Deceased)
c. SUSPECT : Joseph Langit
d. TDPO : On or about 1 PM of March 15, 2019 at
Naguillian Road, Baguio City
e. SPECIMEN : One “1” fingerprint specimen lifted from the
handle of the knife taken from the crime scene, placed in a small envelope marked
“JEFS 03-15-19”.
2. Further request that this office be furnished a copy of cross matching
examination result for our reference.
