Centrally Monitoring and Troubleshooting Electrical Panels, DG sets, Transformer & UPS systems to
achieve optimum output and performances in the project.

❑ Planning and executing preventive & scheduled maintenance of the all electrical equipment to
minimize breakdown time.

❑ Maintain records of activity chart, fault analysis, history card for all maintenance activities.

❑ Analyzing and preparing estimation and costing of electrical maintenance budget and ensuring all the
expenses according the budget.

❑ Preparing Work Orders as per, following

company compliances and adopting Standard Contractual Protections wherever applicable.

❑ Maintain compliance of various policies such as ,Control Board and other statutory Policies as per
Company
❑ Co-ordinate with employees to ensure timely cost effective maintenance activities are done, for better
productivity.

❑ Responsible for planning a critical spares list for all installations as per manufaMiduiem
recommendations and inventory

❑ Conducted meetings with Staff Members and Contractor/ Sub-contractor/ Vendor to create awareness
regarding compliance procedures followed by company.

❑ Responsible for Erection, testing & commissioning of Electrical Management System and Highway
lighting, High Mast lighting & Toll Plaza Electrical works for the project at various locations.

Erection of Electrical/High Mast (30 m, 25 m & 9 m) including with all necessary fittings, cable laying,
terminations and connection with outdoor type feeder panels, from transformer/ DG sets.

❑ Erection, Testing and Commissioning related matters pertaining to Substantiation Equipment,

Switchyard, HT & LT Panels, Transformers & its protection circuits, Planning and executing preventive &
scheduled maintenance of the all electrical equipment to minimize breakdown time.

Working out the load estimates and required power back up for the plaza & Admin Building.

❑ Maintenance of construction related Plant & Machinery

❑ Preparation of schedule maintenance reports of all heavy Machineries & carrying it out on routine basis.

❑ Supervision of Pre-installation activities which includes Electrical works to get the site readiness for
installation.

❑ Inspect installations work of all electrical equipment and to ensure performance as per equipment
specification with operating safety standards.

❑ Preparing & planning of schedules for next course of action and fast completion of works.

❑ Preparation of Monthly Job Cost Report & the Cost Code Report for all Plant & Machinery.

❑ Preparation of Daily & Monthly Progress Reports.

❑ Maintaining record of all inventory and generating indents as per requirement.

❑ Identifying the necessary locations for Highway Lighting in co-ordination with Project Manager as per
Concession Agreement.

❑ Following up with vendors regarding installation, erection and material supply Keen knowledge on
operation, willing to rectify & solve the Mechanical & Electrical troubleshooting

❑ Preparation of executing preventive & scheduled maintenance reports of all heavy Machineries

carrying it out on routine basis.

❑ Taking the maximum utilization of all machinery.
