A. Activity:
Have the learners watch a 5-minute video clip about a sample Power
Point presentation which contains various animations and transitions.
B. Analysis:
Ask the learners the following guide questions:
1. What have you observed in the shown presentation?
2. Why is it important to use animation and transition in a presentation?
3. What do you think are the different categories for animation that you can
use in a presentation? the different of transitions?
4. If you were tasked to do a PowerPoint presentation for a reporting, what kind
of animation and transition you will be using? And why?
C. Abstraction:
- Learners’ answers will serve as the springboard to start the discussion
D. Application:
Using computer available in the laboratory, the learners will open their
PowerPoint file from the last activity of last session. The teacher will instruct
the students to apply the learning (Animation and Transition) that they have
learned from the session.
E. Assessment:
Teacher checks the learners’ output with the help of the rubric shown below:
