ROMERO SARAH B. BSED 4A (FS 6-Episode 1)

having the “teacher feels” and being respectful and honorable. Some of the qualities
that I want to further develop is included in the list like “creativity” and some are
not explicitly mentioned but they can be categorized under the qualities on the list.

Something to Ponder

If I have 9-10 of the desirable teachers’ qualities, therefore I am highly promising.

If I have 7-8 of the desirable teachers’ qualities, then I am a promising teacher.
If I have 0-6 of the desirable teachers’ qualities, then I have to strive in developing
those qualities for my personal growth.

C. Think of the teachers you have observed.

C1. Which desirable personal qualities of teachers do most of them possess?

The most observed qualities that I have noticed in those teachers are the
qualities of being caring, respectful, responsible, loyal and dedicated. I think all
teachers possess those qualities and they are really admirable taking this selfless
and self-giving profession which can also be considered a mission.

C2. Which attributes did you not have the opportunity to observe?

All teachers differ from one another. Each of them has his own techniques and
styles in teaching distinct for himself. That is why, a quality that I haven’t observed
in one teacher is present in the other teacher and vice versa. However, they are still
unique and effective teachers in their own ways.

ROMERO SARAH B. BSED 4A (FS 6-Episode 1)

1.5 DISSEMINATION
Formulating a plan of action to enhance desired personal qualities.

A. What will be your plan of action to further develop your qualities of becoming a
highly promising teacher?

I will continue to observe teachers who are dedicated in their work and will try
to imitate their styles in teaching. However, I would still establish my unique
strategy in teaching. Being a good teacher cannot be accomplished in just one snap.
Although it’s a very difficult pursuit, I know I’m still on the process and I want to
grow more in all aspects.

B. Make a personal diary of your progress in achieving your plan of action.
