You are now entering a very demanding profession. Now is the best time for
you to tune in and identify the personal qualities that make you a promising teacher.
Perhaps, the hectic pace of your professional study did not allow you to reflect on
your own behavior. Observing teachers in their classrooms will enable you to see
the desirable personal qualities put into action in varying realistic teaching and

➢ Enthusiastic/ joyful
➢ Reflective
➢ Honest/ truthful
Something to Ponder
C2. Which attributes did you not have the opportunity to observe?
All teachers differ from one another. Each of them has his own techniques and
styles in teaching distinct for himself. That is why, a quality that I haven’t observed
in one teacher is present in the other teacher and vice versa. However, they are still
unique and effective teachers in their own ways.
A. What will be your plan of action to further develop your qualities of becoming a
highly promising teacher?
I will continue to observe teachers who are dedicated in their work and will try
to imitate their styles in teaching. However, I would still establish my unique
strategy in teaching. Being a good teacher cannot be accomplished in just one snap.
Although it’s a very difficult pursuit, I know I’m still on the process and I want to
grow more in all aspects.
