You and baby menu plan | From six months: week 1

Don’t add sugar and salt when cooking for your baby. Cook all baby meals and puree. Slowly thicken the consistency. For example,
Day 1: nectar > Day 2 to 3: honey > Day 4: pudding

For baby meals, new ingredients are underlined. These are not common allergenic foods, but if you have concerns or a family
history of allergies, consult your paediatrician first.

"Meals and snacks" timings can be arranged according to your/family meal time. Keep it consistent so that your baby can adapt
more easily.
