Assistant 18-30 Preference will be given to those who have knowledge of

6. Post-graduate degree or LL.B., from a recognized University;
Assistant Protocol Officer 21-35 or Graduate (second Division) with 3 years experience in the

7. Stenographer 10 18-30 (a) Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a
(BS-15) years recognized Board; and
(b) speed of 70 w.p.m. in shorthand in English and 35
w.p.m typing speed on type writer or on computer; and
(c) Computer literate in M.S Office
Note:- Preference shall be given to the candidates who know
Urdu shorthand at a speed of 60 w.p.m and type writhing at
a speed of 25 w.p.m
8. Data Entry Operator 02 18-30 (a) Higher Secondary School Examination (second
(BS-12) years division) from a recognized Board;
(b) knowledge and skill of word processing using latest
version of Microsoft Word or WordPerfect; preference will
be given to those who also have the knowledge and skill of
using Raakim (Urdu software) or any other software
packages; and
(c) English typing speed of 40 w.p.m
9. Translator 01 18-30 Graduation (second division) from a recognized University
(BS-11) years with English Literature, Urdu, Arabic or Persian as one of
the elective subjects.
10. Junior Clerk 06 18-30 (i) Higher Secondary School Certificate (second
(BS-11) years division) from a Recognized Board;
(ii) A speed of 25 words per minute of typing on computer
in English or Urdu;
(iii) Proficient in Microsoft Office or any other compatible
office application and he shall demonstrate such
proficiency.”
11. Junior Security 12 up to 50 (a) An ex-service man not below the rank of Havaldar or
Assistant years for Naik or equivalent. Preference will be given to those who

14. Proof Reader 02 18-30 Higher Secondary School Examination or equivalent
(BS-07) years qualification from a recognized Board.

15. Imam 01 21-30 (a) Sanad Daras-i-Nizami or Sanad of Fazil-i-Arabi; and

(BS-07) years (b) free from sectarian bias; and, of sound character;
Note: Preference will be given to those who are Hafiz-e-Quran,
have proficiency in Qirat, and have a certificate of having
studied up to primary level and passed fifth class examination.

 Complete applications along with attested copies of the testimonials showing qualification, experience, age,
domicile and national identity card
 Separate application is required for each post and the name of the post should be clearly mentioned on the face
of envelop.
 Incomplete applications and applications received after due date shall not be considered. No extra time for postal
transit shall be allowed.
 No TA/DA shall be given to the candidates called for test/interview.
 Five years relaxation in upper age limit is allowed across the board for all categories under the Government
policy.
 Eight years relaxation in upper age limit for woman is allowed across the board for all categories under the
Government policy.
 Ten years relaxation in upper age limit for disable person is allowed across the board for all categories under the
Government policy.
 3% quota is reserved for disabled, 15% for women, 5% for Minorities and 20% for Children’s of Government
employees in BS-1 to BS-5.
 Disabled persons shall attach certificate of invalidity issued by the District Assessment Board. Only those
disabled persons shall be eligible who have been declared by Assessment Board to be disabled but fit for the Job
applied.
