Rotary Screw Compressor

The standard equipment inside the skid of compressor will include the following parts:

 LOW SPEED, EFFICIENT AIR END:- Kaeser’s own single stage fluid cooled air end with
efficient world – renowned “ SIGMA PROFILE” which has proven superiority over
asymmetric profile. Further, the LOW SPEED OF AIR END results in higher efficiency less
wear / tear, more life & less maintenance.

“SIGMA PROFILE”

 ENERGY SAVING HIGHEST EFFICIENCY DRIVE MOTOR:- Suitable for continuous duty
operation with IP 55 enclosure protection & class F insulation with temperature rise pertaining
to class F insulation. The motor is suitable for 400+/- 10% volts.

“PREMIUM EFFICIENCY MOTOR”

 1: 1 DIRECT DRIVE ARRANGEMENT:- In this unique arrangement, speed of rotation of

the motor and speed of rotation of air end is same because there is just a coupling in between
them. This arrangement ensures ZERO TRANSMISSION POWER LOSS as no transmission
(No Gears, Belts etc.) is required. Also a bigger air end rotating at lower speed works much
more efficiently compared to a smaller air end rotating at high speed and consumes less
power. All these features further add to the energy saving achieved by the compressor.
Additional benefit of this arrangement is less wear and tear.

HIGH SEA SALES AGREEMENT: Purchaser and Kaeser Compressors India Pvt. Ltd. will enter in
to High Sea Sales agreement, once the consignment leaves German Port. After signing this
agreement, ownership of the consignment will get transferred to Purchaser who will then pay the
requisite custom duty (If applicable) in India and also arrange custom clearance of the
consignment. Kaeser Compressor India Pvt. Ltd. will raise invoice on Purchaser in Indian Rupees
at the time of making the High Sea Sales Agreement.
Copy of High Sea Sales Agreement & Bill of Lading dully signed & stamped to be submitted to
M/s. Kaeser Compressors India Pvt. Ltd.
CUSTOM DUTY & CUSTOM CLEARANCE:- Extra as applicable and shall be borne by Purchaser.
Exchange control copy of bill of entries should be submitted to Kaeser on receipt of m/c’s.
FREIGHT & TRANSIT INSURANCE:- Freight charges & Insurance charges from ICD
Ahmedabad to the delivery address in India shall be extra to Purchaser’s account.

PAYMENT TERMS:- 30 % advance along with order, balance against receipt of signed High Sea
Sales Agreement from M/s Kaeser Compressors (India) Pvt. Ltd. along with documents necessary
for custom clearance.
DELIVERY:- 14 - 16 weeks from receipt of your technically and commercially clear Purchase
Order / LOI with advance payment.
VALIDITY:- This offer is valid for 30 days from the date of its issue & subject to Confirmation
thereafter.
GENERAL:-
WARRANTY OF THE EQUIPMENT:- The equipment is provided with warranty against faulty /
Defective material / workmanship / manufacturing defects only for 18 months from the date of
dispatch or 12 months from the date of commissioning whichever is earlier. The normal
consumable spares & rubber parts, effect of corrosion, erosion and normal wear & tear are
specifically excluded from this warranty. The equipment should be maintained & used as per
instructions given in the Instruction Book supplied along with the equipment & only genuine
KAESER spares should be used.
ERECTION & COMMISSIONING:- The air compressor does not need any grouting / foundation.
Normal industrial floor that is able to hold the weight of the compressor package is sufficient.
Commissioning of the compressor shall be done free of charge. For commissioning the
Compressor, maximum 3 visits shall be made by our engineer.
FORCE MAJEURE:- This clause is applicable.

(Note: Item No.: 1 to 4 – Screw Compressors, Refrigerated Air Dryer & Micro Filter will be supplied on ICD Ahmedabad
basis, Item No.: 5 – Air Receiver will be supplied from Pune works – Taxes, Duties & Freight extra as applicable.)
