SPEEDI KUT 122

Heavy Duty Sulfurized Cutting Fluid

SPEEDI KUT 122 is a heavy duty sulfurized cutting fluid that provides maximum tool life and good surface
finish in the toughest machining operations, such as broaching, threading, and gear hobbing, on high carbon
and stainless steel. Sulfur, including active sulfur, provides extreme pressure (EP) properties that allow
SPEEDI KUT 122 to aid the cutting process and control built-up edge (BUE) on the tool. Boundary lubrication
additives enhance surface finish and the low viscosity helps to remove heat that can impact tooling and work
piece geometries.
