S/No. Description of issue / matters Action


1.0 GENERAL :
(i)M/s. KP has requested all parties to attend this coordination meeting on every Tuesday
at 10.30am, unless, otherwise arranged.
In order to encourage all members to adhere to this rule, late comers are going to
contribute some administrative charges as follows:
Late/absent in attending Meeting
First time - Deduct progress claim $100 & warming letter
Second time - Deduct progress payment $200
Subsequent - Deduct progress payment $300 or at management description.
Absent - Deduct progress payment $500

2.0 All sub-contractors :


(i). All sub-contractors to conduct daily round / inspection on the project site ,to discuss ,
Most important is to forecast / anticipate your own respective scope of works in advance
of the actual progress of the site works.
(ii).This is in order to organize the materials necessary for all the cast-in-items, Installation
of piping to the wall & beam penetration …etc, ACMV drain pipes & electrical GI piping
installation works on the RC structures…etc.
(iii). All the penetration drawings for RC structures; (i.e. RC wall & beams opening
penetration drawings must be submitted for approval, prior to installation).
(iv). All the ME cast-in items, ME / Architectural penetration / opening..etc have to install
while the RC works is in progress, and complete all the ME inspection with RTO , and
signed off the ME clearance form, prior to the concreting operation.
(v).Schedule for concreting is of paramount importance in RC structure stage, and all
other activities have to fit in the RC progress of works.
(vi). Any activity / activities delay the Concreting operation, shall not be permitted.
(vii). Should such delay occur, without any valid reasons, Project LAD + 15% administrative
cost shall be imposed, if necessary.

3.0 Safety and Core-trade issues


a. KP WSHO reminded for all subcons to conduct TBM every morning and submit the All to note
signed attendance to KP WSHO for records. KP WSHO will then update the
manpower on site on the notice board daily.
b. KP WSHO reminded that all workers should wear safety belt and harness when All to note, especially
working at the 2nd sty and above. KPS and SKH workers were caught not wearing KPS & SKH
safety belt at the construction level.
c. WSHO informed all sub-cons with workers staying on site that no cooking is allowed All to note
on site. $100 admin charge will be imposed on every cooking appliance spotted
during random checks. All sub-cons to indent lunch and dinner for their workers.
d. WSHO informed all sub-cons that an additional $500 dollars a month will be charged All to note
for each air-con compressor being used on site (including site offices and

dormitories).
e. KP informed all sub-cons that 15 demerit points were issued to KP as a result of an All to note, especially
incident on site involving TH’s worker injuring himself from a falling piece of TH
formwork while striking formwork. TH to step up on safety efforts.
f. TH is required to submit an incident report to KP WSHO pertaining to an incident TH
involving 2 TH workers injuring themselves while using the makita tool. The incident
happened on Monday, 23 Jun 14.
g. KP WSHO reminded TH to install temporary metal staircase at MSCP. TH
h. KP WSHO reminded TH of any unused internal scaffolding to be cleared. TH should TH
not be using any loose platform for working without proper securing.
i. KP WSHO caught TH’s worker not wearing safety glasses while performing cleaning TH
duties.
j. KP WSHO reminded Shin to cover all plumbing openings at Blk 871C. Shin

4.0 Architectural Aspects;


a. KP’s Archi coordinator will highlight the changes confirmed by Architect and update All to note
on the status of the RFI & RFA submitted. All subcon to take note of the related
changes in their respective scope.
b. KP’s Archi Coordinator reminded all archi subcon to inform KP Office every 8:30am Archi subcon
(mon-sat) for the projected daily activities, inspection arrangement and manpower.
c. To arrange kerb installation for dry riser in 12th-13th Sty Blk 871C and 10th Sty Blk KPS
871B.
d. Top most part of toilet stiffener column of Common Toilet have honey comb which is KPS/Teck
more vulnerable when fixing angle bracket for lintel. Areas affected were in 10 th Sty Hui/Asahi/3U
Blk 871C.
e. Provision of toilet stiffeners are required in 11 th Sty Blk 871C and 870A. KPS
f. Adjustments on lighting point setting out in Units (bedrooms,living/dining,toilets) SKH
must be arrange in 2nd-5th Sty of Blk 871C and 870A.
g. SKH to finish installation and patching works for electrical conduits on 12 th Sty Blk SKH
870A so can proceed application on Precast waterproofing.
h. For 4-Room and 5-Room Type 1 and 1H, kitchen wall tile installation can proceed for Asahi/Shun Xue
Blk 870A and 871C.
i. No progress done for replacement to the installed 200mm L solid block as extention 3U
on 6th Sty Blk 871B toilet kerbs.
j. 2nd Sty Blk 871B wet areas can proceed application of waterproofing. Shun Xue
k. For Archt’s approval on 20 Jun 2014, tile marking on Units (4-Room and 5-Room) Shun Xue/Asahi
Type 2 and Type 3 floor must be arrange.

Refer to last 13 June 2014 discussion, Architect confirmed the following:


1. HDB hold the low wall installation for all Common Toilets (4-Room & 5-Room). Asahi/3U
2. Type D9 veneer laminate for Standard Unit Main Entry Door. HYS
3. For 4-Room Type 3 ( Unit 12 & 18 of Blk 870A and Units 30 & 36 of 871B), service closet Asahi/3U
wall must flush to adjacent column edge.
4. Remove lintel for RDWP Precast Riser nearest Unit 30 of Blk 871B and Unit 12 of Blk Asahi/3U/Shin
870A.

6.0 M/s. KPS & Teck Hui:
a. KPS/TH to ensure prompt unloading of precast trailers (Senai & SG). Direct hoisting KPS/TH
from trailers is allowed only when circumstances allow. If not, KPS/TH should unload
for storage on site to increase turnover of trailers on site.
b. TH to increase manpower to speed up hacking works at toilet area for Blk 870A. TH
c. TH to clear all materials behind MSCP. TH

7.0 M/s. Sun Kwee Hock:

e. SKH to arrange electrical installation at 1st sty- M&E services room especially to the SKH
MDF and TERs which are due to hand over officially to services providers (SingTel/
Starhub/ OpenNet) in July 2014.
f. SKH to relocate the lightening earth pit at 870A CRC area.(Pending CE drain works) SKH
g. KP to do patching for the unused recess of column at corridor area. KP (Info)
h. SKH to follow up with comments given by HDB Fire Safet Audit and to finish up the SKH
installation of temporary emergency lights at corridor and breeching inlets/ dry riser
landing valves by 1 July 2014.
i. (Afternote) SKH to follow up with the tapping point of electricity supply to planters’ SKH
irrigation system as per given via email.

8.0 M/s Shin:


a. Shin to arrange piping works at 1st sty- high level of all blocks by July. Shin to liaise Shin
with SKH prior to the installation works to avoid clashing.
b. Shin to follow up with comments given by HDB Fire Safet Audit and to finish up the Shin
outstanding works by 26 July 2014.

d. (Afternote) Shin informed that all the pumpsets/piping material/ control panels, etcl Shin
for transfer tanks will be delivered on site by July 2014 and target finishing in early
Aug 2014.
e. (Afternote) Shin informed that the ordering of sanitary wares will be based on latest Shin
OCS schedule and completion of tiles laying works in toilets.
f. (Afternote) Shin to follow up with the tapping point of water supply to planters’ Shin
irrigation system as per given via email.

date. 2) Re-submit veneer closest to Type D10 for Main Entry Door.

15.0 Any Other Matters:


(i). All sub-contractors to follow one-meter line of SFL while carrying out their trades. All to note
(ii). KP to inform Archi/ME subcon the status of structural clearance. KP
(iii). Sub-contractors will be fined 50 dollars if water/electrical wastage is caught. All to note
(iv). Main-con will not be responsible for any fines/charges imposed on sub-cons working All to note
on Sundays without permission by main-con.

16.0 The next meeting will be scheduled at 10.30 am, 1 Jul 2014 at Project Site office Meeting
Room.
