INTRODUCTION OF STORE

A digital store under the name of reliance retail which is located at solitaire, Plot no 1&2

Sr.No.13, ITI road, ward no 8, pushpak park, Aundh, pune, Maharastra 411007. Which consist

of three floors underground, ground and first floor. Ground and first floor space is used for

displaying products apart from green room and wash room. Underground floor is for storage and

management work. This store is located in an residential area in a standalone building, This store

sells all FMCD products at its best possible means, The store had different brands to deal in.

The store had its well trained staff they are specialized in are as follows:

 Management

 Sales & marketing.

 Finance

 Security

 Stock keeping team

Store has a large range of kitchen products followed by entertainment then productivity

and then grooming, washing & cooling products of various brands. Reliance digital also have a

large variety of Home brand Reconnect products to serve customers.

The store sells various FMCD products in various categories as follows:

The problem identified at the shop by analyzing on different parameters:

1. By response of consumer on questionnaire that test consumer satisfaction level on


various attributes.

2. Sales staff views on regular problem faced by store.

3. Collection of problem by data collector on that store.

The problems on the store are as follows:

1. The Common problem stated by the respondent and sales staff was the time taken
for billing was much more than expected. As a view of data collector it was
averagely taking 20 minutes for a consumer to do billing.

2. The second common problem was parking facility for customer on two wheeler is
not available as it must be.

3. The Third situation that consumer was facing that was not satisfying his wants were
availability of some specific Indian products.

4. The Fourth problem was Toilet/washroom were not clean.

5. Sales staff are not well groomed, staff are not so much interested in attending
customers

The solution to the problems according to Customers, Sales staff & Data collector
view is as follows:

1. Billing is taking time due to some technical issue of pause system, the server
is loading for time and is not responding quickly

2. Two wheeler Parking area is limited to maximum 40 vehicles out of that


more than 30 vehicles are of staff members are in the parking area. This
should not happen staff should park their vehicles were their parking is
allotted that is downside the building.

3. The availability of Indian brands like Godrej should be made avaliable.

4. The toilet/washroom should be maintained as per standards.

5. There is an standard regulation to be groomed in the store but it is not


followed and no one looks after it.
