2 ISCSI connection lost from host

Phenomena Access lost of ISCSI connection from host occurred.
Severity Medium
Conditions of Occurrence <Conditions of Occurrence>
The problem occurs when all following conditions are met.
1. ISCSI I/F
2. Receiving a command which is to be processed cross-call between CTL from
host (e.g. A command to the LU whose ownership is not belong to the CTL
which received the command)
Cause CTL cannot handle the command which is executed by other CTL, when the
resources to request other CTL to operate the command. The CTL just repeats to
request other CTL commands then the access from the host become timeout.
(Improving the process of the retry, I/O can be done in such case.)
Affected Products/Version DF800H/M/S, First version or later. SA8x0 First version or later.

4 CTL blockage after uncorrectable error

Phenomena When the uncorrectable error is detected after retry processing, and then CTL is
blockaded by "Microprogramerror RCH".
Severity Medium
Conditions of Occurrence <Equipment model>
DF800H/M/S,SA800/SA810
<Firmware version>
DF800 First version or later
SA8x0 First version or later
<Conditions of Occurrence>
The problem occurs when all following conditions are met.
1. SAS HDD
2. A RAID group has no Redundancy
3. Media error was occurred by the collective write
4. Media error was occurred by the retrying (as reassign, write and verify) of 3
5. The medium error is the same as LBA detected by 3
Cause When uncorrectable error is detected on a SAS HDD, the firmware retry HDD
access by reassign the target area to another area, write and verify. If
uncorrectable error is detected again in the retry process, the bug in re-assign of
target area causes the inconsistency of parameters.
Affected Products/Version DF800H/M/S, First version or later. SA8x0 First version or later.
Fixed Product/Version Version: x865/B or later
Category Drive uncorrectable error
