1 SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
1.1 Object
The following document is intended to explain the functions of the information system VIERIK
SAS SOLUTION'S

1.2 Scope
With this it is intended that anyone can understand the information system explained here

1.3 Functionality
The system VIERIK S.A.S. SOLUTION'S is a simple system for capturing data from customers
and suppliers, assigning clients the services provided by the company. In addition to showing
a daily report to maintenance and repair employees the services to be executed.

2 SYSTEM MAP
2.1 Logical Model

The VIERIK information system S.A.S. SOLUTION'S initially the first screen is to enter the
system, after having entered the system with your username and password. The main window
that consists of four modules which are Clients, Suppliers, Services and Reports, in addition
to the logout button will be displayed.
Customer Module
Clicking on the Client module opens a sub-menu that contains three options, which are
Register, Delete and Modify clients.
Supplier Module
Clicking on the Supplier module opens a sub-menu that contains three options, which are
Register, Delete and Modify clients.
Service Module
Clicking on the Service module opens a sub-menu that contains three options, which are
Register, Delete and Modify clients.
Reports Module
Clicking on the Reports module opens a window that contains the list of services to be
executed.

3 SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
When opening the application, the first thing to do is enter the system, using a username and password
as shown in image 1. When you start the session, you will see the main window showing 4 options,
being the first, suppliers the second, services the third and finally the reports as shown in image 1.2.
Register Client, to register a client we must click on the client option that is on the main screen, this will
display a menu of options of which we will choose to register as shown in Image 1.2.1, this will open a
window where we must fill in the customer data as shown in image 1.3, then we click on the register
button. If you wish to cancel the registration or clean the fields click on the cancel button, to return to the
previous sale click on the return button.

Modify Client, to modify a client we must click on the client option that is on the main screen, this will
display a menu of options from which we will choose the Modify as shown in Image 1.2.1, this will open
a window where we must enter the identification of the client to modify, then click on the search button.
At the bottom, the customer's data will appear so they can be modified as shown in image 1.3.1, then
we click on the Modify button. If you want to cancel the modification or clean the fields click on the cancel
button, to return to the previous sale click on the return button.

Delete Client, to remove a client we must click on the option clients that is on the main screen, this will
display a menu of options from which we will choose the Delete as shown in Image 1.2.1, this will open
a window where we must type the customer identification to Delete, then click on the search button. At
the bottom will appear the customer data that will be deleted as shown in image 1.3.2, click on the delete
button and a pop-up window will appear to confirm the elimination click itself, if you are sure to delete it
and not in case contrary. As shown in image 1.3.3. If you want to cancel the Delete or clean the fields
click on the cancel button, to return to the previous sale click on the return button.

Register Supplier, to register a supplier we must click on the option Provider that is on the main screen,
this will display a menu of options of which we will choose to register as shown in Image 1.2.2, this will
open a window where we must fill in the Supplier's data as shown in image 1.4, then we click on the
register button. If you wish to cancel the registration or clean the fields click on the cancel button, to
return to the previous sale click on the return button.

Modify Provider, to modify a Provider we must click on the Suppliers option that is on the main screen,
this will show us a menu of options from which we will choose the Modify as shown in Image 1.2.2, this
will open a window where we must type the identification of the supplier to modify, then click on the
search button. At the bottom, the provider's data will appear so that they can be modified as shown in
image 1.4.1, then we click on the Modify button. If you want to cancel the modification or clean the fields
click on the cancel button, to return to the previous sale click on the return button.

Delete Supplier, to Delete a Supplier we must click on the Suppliers option that is on the main screen,
this will display a menu of options from which we will choose the Delete as shown in Image 1.2.2, this
will open a window where we must type the supplier identification to Delete, then click on the search
button. In the bottom part you will see the provider data that will be deleted as shown in image 1.4.2,
click on the delete button and a pop-up window will appear to confirm the elimination click itself, if you
are sure to delete it and not in case contrary. As shown in image 1.4.3. If you want to cancel the Delete
or clean the fields click on the cancel button, to return to the previous sale click on the return button.

this will display a menu of options of which we will choose to register as shown in Image 1.2.3, this will
open a window where we must fill in the service data as shown in image 1.5, then we click on the register
button. If you wish to cancel the registration or clean the fields click on the cancel button, to return to the
previous sale click on the return button.

Modify service, to modify a service we must click on the services option that is on the main screen, this
will display a menu of options from which we will choose the Modify as shown in Image 1.2.3, this will
open a window where we must type the identification of the service to be modified, then click on the
search button. At the bottom, the provider's data will appear so that they can be modified as shown in
image 1.5.1, then we click on the Modify button. If you want to cancel the modification or clean the fields
click on the cancel button, to return to the previous sale click on the return button.

Delete service, to remove a service we must click on the services option that is on the main screen, this
will display a menu of options from which we will choose the Delete as shown in Image 1.2.3, this will
open a window where we must type the service identification to Delete, then click on the search button.
At the bottom will appear the data of the service that will be deleted as shown in image 1.5.2, click on
the delete button and a pop-up window will appear to confirm the elimination click itself, if you are sure
of eliminating it and not in case contrary. As shown in image 1.5.3. If you want to cancel the Delete or
clean the fields click on the cancel button, to return to the previous sale click on the return button.

Reports, to view or print the services of the day, you must click on the option reports where a menu with
an option is displayed, as shown in image 1.2.4, then click on the only option to open the window of
reports which contains the list of services of the day giving the option to print or return as shown in image
1.6
