You will be completing your lectures for the two year programme
You need to do your Dissertation, as per the requirement of the programme

The details are given below:

You may opt to do a live project (current problem area in your

Organization), or, the Project could be from the company, where you were earlier working.
It could be on any topic in your area of specialization.

The Project could be about an Analysis of existing processes in the organization, and your recom
mendations for bringing
about changes where needed, followed by Personal Interview (VIVA).

Broadly, the Dissertation should be in the Format as below:

1.Introduction of yourself such as Name of the Institute, Batch/ Roll No, Guide Name, Dept Hea
d of the Organization.

2. Acknowledgment of the source of Information.

3. Index of contents.

4. Brief introduction of the Organization.

5. Over-view of the Organization Chart/ Functional Organization Chart.

6. The existing Processes involved, with data, process flow chart etc at organisational level.

7.Problems / issues encountered in the present processes. Your recommendations for changes in
the Process, duly supported by logic and benefits that will help the department and
organization.

8.The Emphasis should be on application of concepts learnt during the Executive MBA Program
me at ITM.

9. All projects should have :

a) Objective of the project
b) Functional benefit
c) Process benefit
d) Social benefit.

10.The Project Report should be neatly typed out, using same font all through, and also ensure, t
hat there is no grammatical error.
11. No SMS language, no abbreviations should be used without proper explanation.

12.The project should be submitted in bound Hard book (Black) with embossed project name on
the Cover.

13. Case studies and examples (if any), should be indicated in the same page at the bottom.

14.Please submit 2 Black Hard Copies one for submission to ITM and another for your records,
which will be returned to you after your VIVA.

You may also contact any faculty or the (Academic Administrator) for any guidance at (the Cam
pus on Sundays).

Note: The project report is for 100 marks out of which 80 marks will be for Hardbound Project R
eport & 20 Marks for the VIVA.
You can present the report in Word. You need to email me the soft copy of the same.

Please note that the hardbound project report has to be submitted to ITM Kharghar
office on or before 09/06/2019.
Project Reports that are submitted after the given date will not be assessed on VIVA (20 Marks).
