“THE FUNCTIONAL COMPOSITION AND ORGANIZING ACTION PLAN OF THE

BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COMMITTEE (BADAC) OF KINAWAHAN, SAN
REMIGIO,CEBU”

WHEREAS, pursuant to the law it is mandated based on Memorandum Circular No. 99-236: addendum
to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 98-227, the Barangay is directed to create/re-organized the Barangay
Anti-Drug Abuse Committee (BADAC) that composes the Punong Barangay as Chairman, Barangay
Kagawad on Peace and Order Committee, SK Chairman, Chairwoman on Womens and Family, School
Principal/Representative, Barangay Chief Tanod, PTA President, POLICE SA BARANGAY/BADAC
ADVISER, NGO Representative, and Faith Based Representative.

WHEREAS, the composition of BADAC has a specific functions by making plans, strategies, implement
and evaluate programs and projects in connection to prevention of drugs in the barangay at the same
time the barangay will coordinate and collaborate with other institutions implementing and order situation
including listing of drug users and pushers confidentially;

WHEREAS, stated below are the function composition of BADAC of Barangay Kinawahan, San
Remigio, Cebu to wit;
