IDENTIFYING SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE

PRE-LAUNCH SURVEY
We sent this survey to all staff before we officially launched the programme. We gave staff
two weeks to complete the survey and sent a reminder after one week.

Introduction
The Learning Lab is NCVO’s digital skills programme. It will support you in developing your
digital skills and confidence so you can do more, do it better and do it quicker.

What exactly do we mean by digital? Digital can be different things, in different contexts, but is
essentially about using tools and platforms (such as social media, email, web, video, mobile) to
connect and communicate, access and deliver services and exchange information. It's
also about behaviour; being confident, curious, collaborative, open, and accountable.

This survey has been designed to identify your current level of skills and confidence using digital
tools and platforms to do your job at NCVO. Individual results will not be published so please
provide honest answers so we can offer you the right level of support.
