BARRIENTO @ ONJING.

III. MISSION :
04. To arrest and deliver to proper judicial authorities person/s who have
committed acts and omissions punishable by law.

IV. DURATION AND AREA OF OPERATION :

05. From 7:00PM to 11:30PM of July 24, 2018 at house no. 377 Mangga
St., Barangay Cembo, Makati City.

VII. NARRATIVE :

08. On July 10, 2018 confidential informant of PO2 Joemar H

Cahanding went to the office of Station Intelligence Section and reported that a
certain Alexander Millado y Barriento @ ONJING was in
possession/concealing firearm particularly one (1) unit caliber .357 revolver
inside his residence situated at no. 377 Mangga St., Barangay Cembo, Makati
City. Confidential informant also stated that @ ONJING was looking for a buyer
of his firearm which is marketed in the amount Php 10,000.00. It was also
gathered upon background check that @ ONJING was a former member of the
Armed Forces of The Philippines (AFP) and formerly assigned at Philippine
Marines.

09. Acting on the information, PO2 Cahanding reported the matter to

PCINSP AARON RAEMON A ELAGO, Chief Station Intelligence Section who
then conducted a plan to surveillance the above given address and subject
person;

10. On July 11, 2018 at about 2:30 pm, a surveillance operation was
conducted and personally supervised by PCINSP ELAGO and as agreed upon
the confidential informant will introduced PO2 Cahanding to @ ONJING as buyer
of the firearm. PO2 Cahanding manage to enter at the residence of @ ONJING
and personally saw the firearm that @ ONJING was selling;

11. After surveillance, PO2 Cahanding reported what he had perceived

to PCINSP ELAGO a request for verification was made at the Firearms and
Explosive Office at Camp Crame, Quezon City to confirm if @ ONJING is a
legitimate owner/holder of any kind of firearms.

12. On July 16, 2018, a certification was obtained from Firearms and
Explosive Office , signed by PCINSP DARIO F CALATRAVA JR, Chief, Records
Section and stated that Alexander Millado y Barriento @ ONJING is not
recorded in their alpha list as legal holder of firearms

VIII. ACTION TAKEN :

13. On July 19, 2018, after completion of necessary documents,

PCINSP ELAGO applied for Search Warrant on the premises of Alexander
Millado y Barriento @ ONJING located at no. 377 Mangga St., Barangay
Cembo, Makati City at the Office of the Executive Judge, Makati Regional Trial
Court and granted the same by Hon. Judge ELMO M. ALAMEDA under Search
Warrant Number 18-079;

14. A well plan was created to ensure that the search warrant will be
implemented in an orderly manner considering that @ ONJING was a former
member of Philippine Marines and assigned in Mindanao who have special skills
in combat training;

15. On July 24, 2018, the Search Warrant was scheduled to be

implemented, and thereafter, intelligence operatives headed by PCINSP ELAGO
proceeded at Barangay Cembo and at about 11:00 pm of same date the team of
operatives rushed-up inside the residence of @ ONJING and upon entering at
the front door the intelligence operatives announce their authority wherein @
ONJING run towards the room located at the 1st floor of the house and fired his
gun successively to the direction of the intel operatives hitting the ballistic shield;

16. At that instance, the advancing/back-up police operatives prompted
to return fire hitting @ ONJING on his body and disabled him, the police intel
operatives managed to enter the house and saw @ ONJING lying on the floor
and still moving, PCINSP ELAGO immediately requested for an ambulance from
the Rescue Team of Barangay Cembo and rushed @ ONJING at Ospital ng
Makati (OSMAK) for medical attention and later pronounced dead by Dr. Jerome
Cuaresma, physician on duty at OSMAK.

17. After ensuring that no imminent danger poses inside the house the
issued search warrant was implemented in the presence of Gary Lester A.
Valdez, Barangay Kagawad of Cembo who witness the orderly search, PO2
Joemar H Cahanding guided PO2 Norbillo M Laude on where to recovered the
items that stated in the search warrant and were able to seized underneath the
sofa the following items:

a. One (1) unit Caliber 357 revolver later marked as “ONJING”

loaded with six (6) live ammunitions later marked as “ONJING-1”,
“ONJING-2”, “ONJING-3”, “ONJING-4”, “ONJING-5” and
“ONJING-6”; and
b. One (1) plastic heat sealed sachet containing white crystalline
substance of suspected to be shabu later marked as “ONJING-7”.

17. Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) led by PCINSP REAH

CORNELIO along with her personnel arrived at the scene and conducted
technical aspect of investigation and recovered the firearms used by @ ONJING
and several ammunitions and later brought to crime laboratory and will be
subjected for their respective examinations, while the plastic heat sealed sachet
containing white crystalline substance of suspected to be shabu was brought by
PO2 Laude at SOCO Laboratory for qualitative examination.

IX. RESULT OF THE OPERATION :

18. The implementation of search warrant had resulted to

neutralization of Alexander Millado y Barriento @ ONJING and presently
residing at no. 377 Mangga St., Brgy Cembo, Makati City and the recovery of
evidence stated herein.

IX.DISPOSITION:

19. The search warrant was already returned to the court of origin and
preparation of needed documents to be presented if necessary.

XI. RECOMMENDATION :

20. This accomplishment in the performance of assigned task which

attributed greatly in the enhancement of image as effective and credible law
enforcers, distinguished mark of a true Makati’s Pride.

21. The act portrayed in this operation is notable and

COMMENDABLE.
